Registration and paper/poster submissions are made through Microsoft CMT application link within the application period.

The number of slots for oral presentations is limited, with priority given to PhD students. Posters and/or oral presentations presented at the symposium will fulfill the students' relevant graduation publication requirement.*

Participants who register as listeners will also receive a certificate of participation.

Based on the authors' wish, full-text versions of the papers presented at the symposium may be published as articles in our Graduate School's journal RASE after undergoing the journal's review process.

*The requirement that the work has been presented (as an oral or poster presentation) at a national/international peer-reviewed event.
